  Worst customer service, the lady at the counter is very rude and not interested to serve food to customers , she was always on phone and disrespecting the customers

  The atmosphere is different depending on what time you go in and who’s there but I love this location it’s clean, smells good and when I went in today the workers were very happy and friendly. Kilo made my meatball sandwhich and he has a great sense of humor, y’all made my day. Thank you for making my lunch

  I went to the store around 8:30 pm to get a sub and the worker told me the store was closed. I asked her what time the store closed and she said now and it is only pick up orders. I then asked her what time the store closes and she then said 9:00 pm, but she is closing the store early. She was extremely rude to my daughter and I. The thing is, we all have our days, but if a store has business hours, then you can't just change that because you were having a bad day. But you can't be rude to your customers. Nowhere does it say that employees can close the store early because they are having a bad day. This employee needs to do better. The incident happened on March 25th around 8:30 pm.
