  I'd recommending using either UPS or USPS if reliability and common sense is what you are looking for. According to my tracking, my package was sitting at the store at 5am and was expected to be delivered by 2.30pm that day. I went home and took time off work expecting to receive the package. But at 2pm, it just got delayed to the next day. Now I just sacrifised a day off work for nothing. Not the first time it has happened. Happens less often for UPS or USPS -- at least if there is a delay, they'd inform you in advanced (not 30 mins before expected delivery time).

  Paid for priority overnight on a Thursday. My package arrived in St. Louis from Louisiana on Saturday morning. I know because I have an air tag in my case. It’s 5 pm and hasn’t departed the facility. Absolutely ridiculous.

  My package was supposed to be here Tuesday and nothing then yesterday they attempted to deliver my package but I was at home and didn't know one knock on my door. When I called to if they could hold it they told me no because it hasn't been 3 attempts yet. So aggravating
