  the assistant manager and the woman who were working together on sunday (8/16) were very helpful and nice to my mom and I and worked with us on a solution while we were attempting to mail large posters. After our negative experience at an office depot fedex location it was a breathe of fresh air to be treated with respect at this location. Thank you so much!

  Such a fantastic experience. This is the perfect example of what so many places have lost in customer service. Tammie helped me on the phone even while busy with other customers, remembered me when I came in and walked me through my entire print and go experience. She was such a joy and hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being awesome. Thank you Tammie! I will be back.

  I visited this location this morning to print a poster. I had been unable to upload it online. The staff there were very professional, helpful and efficient. They solved my problem and I look forward to picking it up later today. Definitely recommend this location!

  They charged $10 per page for scans (self service!). I scanned 24 pages and yet somehow only the first page scanned on to my flash drive. When I talked to the rep there, he just shrugged and said okay. Didn't offer help, no suggestions. I asked for a refund as it was a complete waste of time and I didn't even accomplish the task I intended to. I'm grateful I didn't waste my money on all the pages. Went to Office Depot in Kirkwood and they scanned it for me at half the price ($5 per page)
