  Lorelei is a machine! Lorelei is great at multitasking, has exceptional customer service, and is super efficient at getting your info and finding what you need. I came in and shipped 3 packages and was in and out quickly - Lorelei was flying solo while having an end of day rush and handled it like it was nothin! I would definitely come back here again.

  Everyone working there is super helpful to me every single time I walk in and I hear them and watch them being even better with other people. It’s fantastic how easy it is to go in and get what I want done.

  My experience at this FedEx Office Center was excellent due to the careful, efficient, and professional service provided by Bree. She explained my options clearly, printed a test page, and checked with me to ensure all the details were right before running my rush job. She did good work completing the spiral bindings, the cost was reasonable, and I was on my way in less than a half hour. I see a lot of negative reviews for this location, and I have to believe that some employees are not very careful. If you want professional results done promptly, ask for Bree.
