An associate named Chris and another associate whose name I didn't catch were very helpful and patient as they assisted me with delivering a package. Even while troubleshooting some issues I had with getting a label printed they remained kind and professional, and had it all figured out in about 15 minutes.

Went in for a passport picture they messed up had to request it be redone the manager was insanely rude. Completely botched the picture a second time no apology worst customer experience. Now my application is delayed and I have a mess to fix no apology just ridiculous.

Kevin the driver for Fed Ex at the Ladue crossing store, Clayton MO had just arrived. It was after pickup time and the pick up receipt was for next day. He saw I was disappointed and was so kind in taking my 2 day package. He didn’t have to go out of his way but he did. Kevin was very empathetic period. He did not know the package was a replacement iPad for my 97 year old mother in law who could not get her iPad to work. The iPad is her news, info, games and she missed it so much. Kevin didn’t know what was in the package … he was just was an all around good guy. Thank you Fed Ex for your sincerely caring team members!!

I went to drop off a package and the person at the counter never looked up, never said hello, never said a word. She went through the motions of adhering the label and threw the box on a table behind her. I asked to see the box so I could determine if the label was put in the proper place and she ignored me. After three times of asking to see the box, she went and picked up the box and threw it on the counter and I told her this was a customer service job and she had no customer service skills. She could not have been ruder and I told her so. The manager came over and instead of asking what the issue was or how he could resolve the problem, he immediately defended her and said you do not speak to my employee that way. Obviously there is no proper training, There are no requirements or focus on customer service. I will never go back. You shouldn’t be in a job that is customer facing if you can’t be kind to customers. A simple hello would have been nice.
I have a perfectly fine experience here as long as I am not dealing with the older woman who wears a mask over her mouth but not her nose. She's very rude. Just be warned.
