Tonya (I apologize if I misspelled her name) was incredibly patient, kind, helpful, and friendly throughout my visit. She made the entire experience pleasant with both her excellent service and conversation. I truly appreciate all of her assistance. Don’t go as a local. It’s in the Marriott hotel with a major upcharge for being in the hotel. I’m sure it’s convenient if you’re staying there as you travel.

I had a printing emergency and no else in STL could take in until days later until I called this location. Libby provided one of the positive customer experiences I’ve ever had with FedEx and made everything work in just a few short hours. She is a lifesaver and I will always use this location going forward whenever I’m in town.

My day was made !
I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to find what I need at this location because it's small, but they had exactly what I was looking for the moment I walked through the door. I was wonderfully greeted by Alexis, who was so extremely helpful and had tons of information and tips to help with my decorating project!
Beware of the "convenience fee" they will charge you! 10 dollars to drop off a FedEx package at this location. It's their package that you already pay them to ship. RIDICULOUS!!!! There is a location 3 blocks from here that is free. 7th & Olive. Or there is a UPS right across the hall that will not charge you to drop off a UPS package.
