  The kiosk as well as a workers attitude need to go! I am paying for food the way I want it, not getting it for free. I want an environment for dinner that is pleasant not full of your attitude.

  Came in for a cold cut combo and asked the employee(Ruby) if I could have my ham substituted for turkey. She totally declined, even after offering to pay an extra charge. Very unprofessional to argue with a customer because "we don't have to please everyone" and then refuse to use my coupon after compromising on another sandwich. Go to another subway, or at least go when Ruby isn't working here

  Every time you add extra to any order it is not there! Charge 4 dollars for more meat and 4 out of 4 time its not on your sandwiches, and always out of something 😑 Is it real that hard to read a ticket?☹️

  The food is just terrible anymore at Subway. Everything tastes really processed and plastic.
