Came in for a cold cut combo and asked the employee(Ruby) if I could have my ham substituted for turkey. She totally declined, even after offering to pay an extra charge. Very unprofessional to argue with a customer because "we don't have to please everyone" and then refuse to use my coupon after compromising on another sandwich. Go to another subway, or at least go when Ruby isn't working here

Every time you add extra to any order it is not there! Charge 4 dollars for more meat and 4 out of 4 time its not on your sandwiches, and always out of something 😑 Is it real that hard to read a ticket?☹️

The so called “sandwich artist” literally made our subs upside down! She put our cheese UNDER our meat so that it was melted into the BREAD! She also put the sauce on before any veggies. She tried putting my fiancé’s dressing on AFTER it was folded and got an attitude with him when he asked her to open it back up to put his sauces on. She then wrapped each HALF of our sandwiches INDIVIDUALLY after she cut them in half. Honestly this visit was the WORST experience I have ever had at this location! Typically we have a very pleasant experience
