I have never seen a sandwich shop like this before. I ordered a beef combo meal for over 16 dollars, yet it contained only three slices of beef—you couldn't even taste the meat! I have truly never encountered anything like this. This was my first time ordering here, and it was an absolutely terrible experience—simply awful.

2 ladies were very rude. Plenty of other food options around. No need to take that level of rudeness from two jerks.

Wish I could give this subway a 0 star. By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a subway. Two Indian ladies were very rude and unwelcoming. My friends and I brought coupons and asked if they took it in which they said they can but there body language seemed annoyed. As we were looking through our coupons trying to decide what to order. One of the rude Indian ladies told us to sit down until we were ready to order. Keep in mind that there was nobody else in the restaurant other than us and we were not being disruptive. How the heck are you going to speak to grown men as children and tell them to sit down? My friends and i decided to leave the restaurant and not buy anything from this location due to the unprofessional rude customer service. Its unfortunate that these subways are being franchised out by rude unwelcoming people. They think they can talk to people anyway they want to just because they own that location. Look at the other reviews and you can see similar experience to mine. These indian ladies were very rude, unprofessional, and even borderline prejudice. Take your business elsewhere, plenty of other subways and plenty of restaurants that will treat you better then these two poor excuses.

The employees have a difficult time communicating with customers. They are direct, unkind, and unsympathetic if an order is messed up or made incorrectly. One of the employees had a beard and no face net, pretty sure that’s a health risk violation?
They are also extremely focused on getting you to pay, in spite of the issues I described above, without any resolution or recourse for their mistakes. They don’t provide the trays anymore if you’re dining in. The restaurant was pretty clean but it just doesn’t feel the same.
I found it very uncomfortable that they didn’t speak English when communicating with each other.
Overall, not a good experience and the food was okay.
