3 times i have placed orders to be picked up and they have not been ready. Even allowing more time than was told on the app.

Ordered online and got a toasted sub, got the sub 2 minutes after the ready time and it was completely cold so I opened it and it was not toasted at all. No big deal if they would’ve just remade it but the first worker tried to tell me it didn’t get ordered as a toasted sub as she pointed to the word toasted in all caps on the receipt. After that mistake she then tried to tell us it had been sitting for too long for them to do anything about it even though the order ready time was about 6 minutes before that. She then went and told her manager then came back to start remaking the sandwich so I figured it was all good and then the manager or owner came out from the back and told me that they can’t remake food because I waited over an hour and he’s gonna make an exception for me this time. Not once did he look at the order ticket, open the sandwich, or talk to the employee about it again. After I told him that it had been around 10 minutes the girl decided to chime in again and say it was almost half an hour. Again I got there 2 minutes after the order time so this maybe would have been 15 minutes after that time if any of them had checked. After the manager kept arguing about it and told me to tell him what he was doing wrong I explained that none of them opened the sandwich once to check if it was toasted, and he never even checked what time it was supposed to be ready. After that he just walked to the back to have his worker deal with it for him. Besides this problem their workers did not wash their hands one single time in between touching POS screen or multiple cash transactions. Just a horrible subway all around I hope they have a health inspection and an attitude check soon.

Put a order in and when my mother picked it up it was not ready app said ready by 6:05, we she walked in the employee was on his phone and hadn’t even began to make the 3 sandwiches we already paid for! So finally at 6:25 they had made the order we put in at 5:25, not happy not happy at all what’s the point of using the app if the store doesn’t even look for the orders. others stores have called me if there was gonna be a problem. Maybe if you order in person, the service would be better

I am a regular at this Subway and the staff is always so friendly. Shiva is an amazing worker and has my order memorized. Definitely my favorite Subway.

Placed an order on the subway app. Paid for the food and when I arrived was told they never received my order! I showed them the order and order number as well as my bank account that the money was taken out of my account but they still refused to give me my food! Don’t waste your time or money as you may not get your food
