  I found a hard foreign object in my salad, I'm fairly certain it's an olive pit. I bit it, then it rolled out of my teeth and I bit the hell out of my tongue. I called to complain and the girl who answered the phone 1. Didn't know olives had pits, I honestly think she didn't know what an olive was and 2. Said there was nothing that could be done and it wasn't really their problem. I attempted to contact support to no avail. There is only an AI chatbot and absolutely no way to call or contact anyone from subway corporate. The food is great but literally eat at your own peril.

  Wanted me to wait 10 mins to complete their online orders that NO ONE was in store waiting for. I was the only one in store and would not make my sub till they completed the online orders. No thanks.
