  Workers were unpleasant & had AirPods in. They didn’t even acknowledge the line of in store customers and instead focussed on online orders. One employee was just standing around while the other made all the food and rang up the orders.

  I don't normally write reviews but with this Subway location, I had to. Please DO NOT choose this location inside of Walmart. First of all, I asked for a 6 inch. and was given a footer. Then my cust. svc. rep., (which was ok). I had to walk him through step by step during the process. I believe he did not understand English well. I ordered a BLT with extra bacon and was charged $4.00 for the extra bacon. My total was $16.19. I hadn't had a sub sandwich in a long time, and was truly craving one. But now I see why. I felt I was swindled. Next time, I will try another sub sandwich shop or another Subway location. I know you will make your own decision, but please choose another location.

  The lettuce is dark and looks old and then they charge you $10. Don't think I will go back

  They added a tip automatically. I didn’t click to add it so they got themselves a 25+% tip without me opting for it. Won’t be using this location again.

  Made an order through the app, but only noticed afterwards I messed it up. Wrong location, my bad, no bid deal. Called immediately to cancel. Had to call 3 times before anyone picked up and they said it wasn't the St. Charles one. I hung up and checked. It actually was the right number, Veterans Memorial in St Charles. Had to call 3 times again as no one picked up, but by the time they did, they couldn't do anything as the order was already made. I feel like if the woman I talked to actually let me talk and confirm things, this could have been avoided. That or a damn cancel order feature in the app.
