  My husband and I went to this Subway location on Elm Street on Thursday July 9, 2026 after work. We received an email to REDEEM AT RESTAURANT, so we decided to stop there for a sandwich. When we got there, we told them we had a coupon. The man said, "OK, what would you like?" And my husband started to order and a woman behind the counter came over and said, "No coupon." I said, "Yes coupon" and told the man what I wanted. And the woman said, "It must be ordered on the app." I said, "No - it says on the email to Redeem at Restaurant." I showed her the below picture on my phone. She said, "No coupon" and walked away. The man had already finished my husband's sandwich by the time this exchange ended between me and this woman and had started on the sandwich I ordered. Yep - I paid full price for everything - and will absolutely never come back. If I could give Service a ZERO, I would have. Terrible experience.
