  Horrible service!!!! Spent 5 minutes whether the veggie patties is called a veggie burger or not 😆. Then another 2 min asking me what bread and I repeatedly said wheat and she keeps saying honey wheat. I SAID WHEAT! 😆 Her worker is laughing like it's funny... you're trying to be smarty pants just make the Sammach!!!! 😆 However I left she took two minutes in the back to get the frozen veggie burger.. don't trust it!!!! Will not be back. That store won't be there long. Its trash!

  I’ve been to this subway and they’ve honored my coupons. Today, I walked in holding a coupon and the lady (seems like a manager) barked at me “WE DON’T DO THAT” with an insane amount of attitude. I told her last time I came they honored my coupon. She cut me off and yelled “NO” and walked in the back, ignoring me. I understand not honoring coupons at specific locations, but I was given no explanation and her attitude towards a paying customer was extremely disrespectful. There was another male worker who looked apologetic regarding her actions. He took my order and checked me out. I felt bad for him as I’m sure she talks to him worse than she did to me. I couldn’t believe the way she talked to me, as I have never experienced that level of disrespect from a subway worker. I’ve worked in customer service before and understand things happen and people can have hard days. However, treating a customer like this is never right. This location should be closed down.

  It closed its door 30 minutes before it's posted time of closure. Closes at 9 p.m. but at 8:30 p.m. and came to the door the employees said they were closed for the night

  If you're in Missouri near Bridgeton - or NEARBY... 👉 GO TO THIS SUBWAY !! 👈 💚💛 10977 ST. CHARLES ROCK ROAD 💛💚 THEY HONOUR THE SUBWAY APP DEALS ❣️❣️ I went to two other Subways > one in North Oaks plaza & one down the road by Schnucks and NEITHER ONE of them would honor the "DAILY MEAL DEAL" nor any BOGOs in the APP 😡. EXCUSE ME ⁉️⁉️ I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED & CERTAINLY HAVE THE CHOICE TO HONOR - OR NOT - the APP STUFF BUT - in today's economy - WE ALL NEED A DEAL‼️ GO TO "THIS" LOCATION SUPER SERVICE TOO. SHE TOLD ME, " IT WAS A DELIGHT SERVING YOU TODAY" (because I AM a kind person) But - who does that nowadays ?? The super Employee at BRIDGETON, MISSOURI SUBWAY
