  Ordered online wings were dried out and flavorless, fries were cold. Usually get good food and service. Must of just been an off night. Will be back to try again May be a while

  I placed an online order at 9pm at this location two orders I received my orders and my chicken wasn’t done I specifically stated online order asked for well done extra cook time. The food wasn’t edible it was chewy undone soft. I returned it and asked for a refund worker said manager isn’t there so I can’t have refund so I got it made over the worker was very unprofessional she was cursing had an attitude very unprofessional worst experience I’ve ever had showed no remorse or care that me and my little sister food was Undone. I also had to wait another 45 minutes for my order to be remade . Anyways I won’t be eating at wingstop ever again because me and my sister could have got sick I know their short staff but people spend their hard earned money and can’t even get basic human decency no apologies or anything just attitudes we won’t be coming back and I really enjoyed wingstop in the past , Wingstop lost a customer for good .

  Some of the worst food I’ve had from this location. The fries were overly salted. I could only eat a few. Threw the rest in the trash. Wings were trash. Lemon pepper-tasted nothing like it should have. Original hot-tasted nothing like it should have. The wings tasted more like grease than anything and tasted old. I threw the majority of the order away. Total waste of money and the worst part was there was no one in there when picked up my order but 1 young lady waiting for her order I assume. $15.63 wasted. Everything is entirely too expensive to be wasting money.

  Placed an order online and they cancelled it stating "the store was closed". I never received a refund and I am still dealing with disputing the purchase with the bank months later.
