  I had the best experience at this Subway! I typically never write reviews but the two girls inside were just so sweet, I wanted to give them credit. They were so kind to me and personable. I noticed every thing in the establishment was clean. Clean doesn’t begin to describe it though, it was SPARKLING. Every surface was wiped without a crumb left in sight. Even the tomatoes were chopped neatly in a perfect line. My food tasted amazing as well! Love it!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff on duty on yesterday (Thursday) were extremely rude and harsh toward customers. Instead of providing friendly and respectful service, their attitude made customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. In particular, a staff member a short girl was very harsh in her interactions and did not demonstrate the level of customer service that customers expect. The way some customers were treated seemed unfair and unprofessional. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are. I hope management looks into this matter and provides better customer service training to ensure a more welcoming environment for everyone.

  The owner was totally rude and unprofessional!! He made my sandwich wrong and refused to remake it or give me my money back. He put all the blame on me instead of taking any responsibility for it at all. I don’t care about the money at the end of the day it’s a $10 sandwich it’s the principle that when you own a business and you make a mistake you do whatever you can to make it right. He told me I could buy this another sandwich or take the one I already had. Perfect example of why some people should NOT be given money to own their own businesses. And this guy owns 4 subways!! I I would not frequent his establishment or any of his establishments as he does not know customer service and how to take care of people. You need to Sell your business and get into a profession that does not include anything to do with customer service or dealing with people!!
