  Ordered online and got home and they forgot my fries tried calling no answer go back up there and they get an attitude like I did something wrong never again will they get my business id rather go to the 1 up on Hampton in the shared kitchen

  Usually the food here is really good and cooked properly, which is why I was disappointed with my order this time. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked and was also way too salty. I couldn’t even finish my wing because it wasn’t cooked all the way through. The wings also didn’t have any sauce on them. Overall, it just seemed like there wasn’t much care put into my order this time, which was frustrating because I usually enjoy the food here.

  We ordered a 30 piece lemon pepper chicken meal and we had to drive all the way up there because you could not place an order over the phone because you can’t call them to place an order over the phone because they keep their phone off the line so you cannot do that when we got there you could only use a card because the person working there didn’t know how to use the register correctly when we got home to eat it the food was cold. We got bone in. There was hardly any meat. I would definitely never go back there again.

  Clean store. Hospitable staff. Responsive manager Darius facilitated a fast preparation of my order. Easily my favorite location to pickup Wingstop. Thank you Darius and team.
