  When you visit, ask for Mo/Moe! There is the illusion that she runs a tight ship but what is clear is, she has tight expectations. The team happily waited on me and they were knowledgeable about the menu! I do NOT love spicy food so they offered alternatives and I can say yessssssss! I cannot exit the chat without telling you how CLEAN the store was! Mo, you got it right!!! See you soon!

  yeah this is truly the worst wingstop in all of St. Louis. only go here if you want to be treated like crap. wings do slap tho if they even make ur order 🤷‍♂️

  I have never dealt with a worse Wingstop location. I walked in at 11:31 and the lady was sitting in the chair. She said she was tired and didn’t feel like working any more. The younger girl inside was hitting her vape and said “I’m not doing any more orders you’re gonna have to request a refund”. When exiting, two teens, likely the workers kids or siblings, were smoking marijuana in their car. I went to the WingStop on Watson and they made my order immediately.

  Waited over 30 minutes for my food probably even 40. Saw my food sitting on the counter not getting bagged. They then proceeded to bag it and leave it there wide open. Had at least 4-7 other bags sitting up there wide open. At least focus on one or two orders getting completed first before worrying about getting everything else done. Do not come here unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for cold food.

  Horrible experience! Just picked up my order of 30 wings. I had only 1 flat out of 30! I’m not the type to request all flats bc I feel that’s a little selfish, but I went inside to address it, and they basically said I got what was left over bc the orders before me requested flats. I feel if you don’t have enough flats to give in every order then you shouldn’t take requests. My wings also had feathers on them🤮 I will never be back.
