  I wish I could give them 0 stars! Staff were standing around on their phones, ignoring customers at the counter, and they took 25 minutes just to prepare an order that was placed before I even got there, and which said it was already done on the screen despite them not even having started it! I have had multiple experiences like that at this location on particular. Terrible! They should seriously all be fired.

  "I recently visited Wingstop and had an amazing experience, all thanks to erick and Autumn! Their customer service was absolutely top-notch – they were so sweet and made me feel genuinely welcome. Even when we arrived just 15 minutes before closing, they were happy to take our order. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the overall quality was outstanding. They truly exceeded my expectations and made my visit memorable!"

  erik and autumn were sooooo nice!! they attended us 20 minutes before close and they had to be open a little longer because of us but they still honored great hospitality and the customer service was immaculate! the best service from a wingstop to ever exist !!!!

  1/10/2026 Absolutely awful service! As a Doordash guy, they weren't going in order and lying to the system stating it was completed when it wasn't even started. The lobby had 2 people in it and there were at least 20 people waiting for call in orders that stated they were complete on the app or dasher app. Unacceptable! I will NEVER take another order from this location. Oh and they were blaring vulgar and inappropriate rap music so loud you couldn't have a conversation in the store. Fire them all!
