  I had a pretty disappointing experience here tonight. I had never been to Wingstop before and was there picking up a DoorDash order, so I wasn’t familiar with how their pickup process worked. Instead of simply explaining what I needed to do, the employee was immediately rude and dismissive toward me. I completely understand that employees can have busy or stressful shifts, but there’s no reason to treat someone disrespectfully when they’re simply trying to pick up an order. Hopefully this was an isolated experience, because basic courtesy goes a long way.

  They Had my FAVORITE FLAVOR OF CHICKEN; "JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN" Luckily I was able to try some. The servers/etc. Are Very Accommodating. And I love the Whole Staff.

  Ordered a ton of wings. Delivered thru door dash. Zero napkins and no forks. Thing. I got the wings and that was it I’m sorry but this is McDonald’s type service

  This Wingstop always is hour behind on orders and loses orders. They lost my order again after waiting an hour. Never again. This has been an issue for years. Kansas City expressway is much better.

  2/3 times that i have ordered delivery from this place, my sandwich arrived the complete wrong sandwich. I’m including pictures this time. The sticker is what I ordered, then what came in the box. It’s og hot btw. Cmon :/
