  Friendly staff and very quick (like two minutes from me placing the order) but the wings tasted off and weren’t that well sauced.

  We stopped in for dinner on 10/09 around 6:30. Not to may people but a few but the girl that took our order was so stoned that she couldn't quit giggling but she was still better than the guy working up front with her. He was so rude not just to my husband and I but to other guests as well. He was yelling at people and getting overwhelmed with the amount of people who had come in. They forgot the ranch with our order and when I went to the counter to get it he rolled his eyes and handed me 1 ..I told him it was a 40 piece and if I could get another at least he was mad and slammed another on the counter...worst customer service ever

  Order placed on line and said it would be ready 6:45pm. Showed up at 6:45 and waited till about 7:00 to check with staff. Was told it would be another 1 to 1.5 hrs before it would be ready. When I told them to cancel the guy seemed offended. This was not the staffs fault and is the reason I I had stopped ordering from there. In today’s world to have a site that indicates one time when they know they cannot do that is fraud. Won’t be ordering from them anymore. Which is a shame as their food is typically good. If you order from there don’t believe their website/app, plan at least an additional hour.

  I gave this location another try. Rudest staff and for third time in a row the order is missing items. Will go to Buffalo Wild Wings now. To bad.

  Had an employee be the sweetest woman ever!! Her name was Kathleen. She was so nice and helped me out, really made an impact on my night and set a great mood for the store. This lady need to be recognized for sure!!
