  Ordered an item recently. UPS “attempted” to deliver it. Says they were “sorry they missed me”. I WAS HONE THE ENTIRE TIME. They never knocked on the door. Tried to get support, turns out there is none in this city. Never again. If I can help it I’ll use FedEx or anything else. They decided to hold onto an EXPENSIVE device instead of knocking on the door or communicating in any way.

  Day was fantastic with my damaged return! The whole staff is amazing, but Day really stood out by greeting everyone who came in individually

  The West Sunshine store is the best store in Springfield! On Thursday, I was having difficulty with an Amazon return. Day, the manager, and Homer were incredibly helpful and super empathetic. They didn’t rush me and gave me helpful tips to figure out my situation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t reach a resolution with Amazon that day and had no way to transport my package back home. They let me leave it in the store and held onto it until a resolution was reached. I am so grateful for their help and for how well they treat their customers! Their customer service is unmatched!
