  The driver left a note saying my package was at the store, the store says the driver has the package 4 days after my delivery day and still the run around on who has my package. Do better!

  Use another agency to overnight packages. I've had a package overnighted twice to me bc of a UPS error last week and still no package. No customer service at all and nothing to make it right.

  They're very nice, but they're a franchise, so UPS sends packages there but don't expect to have it when your ticket says it will be available and don't expect to get any support other than the UPS customer service number that will repeat the same company line over and over after making you wait on hold for half an hour. UPS clearly silos so nobody has to take responsibility when the ball gets dropped. Never send 2 day mail because the driver won't knock and then it'll be 3 days before it gets to the UPS store if you're lucky. Don't expect to get your $$ back for the 2 day shipping either.
