  Ever since they incorporated Orion into their routes, the company and services have TANKED. Had them circling my place for literally 3 hours, even passed by my house a couple times and refused to deliver the package. They cant even take right turns and always prioritize higher value "clients" first. They've just completely lost all efficiency and refuse to admit what they're doing doesn't work. Garbage company, everyone else is better

  Charge $2.00 for an 8” piece of tape. My company spends 100’s of thousands of dollars with this company.

  I walked up to the store and they had a sign on the door stating that no Amazon returns could be made because their computer systems are down. I walked in the store and asked if that was still true. They said yes,”” then I asked if there was another UPS location and they responded with two more locations (way out of my way). Once I made it to the other UPS location they told me their system was down as well, but they would process it and send it later once the system was back up. They told me the South National location could’ve done the same thing. Basically this location’s staff were too lazy to help me and chose to use the same amount of time to explain two other locations other than just helping me. Very poor customer service!!!!
