If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I sent 2 packages- 1 being an Amazon return which was over 15 lbs and one being a binder that was 4 lbs. The labels were printed at the store and placed on the packages. The binder was custom for a customer of mine. When the package arrived, much to his surprise it was my Amazon return. I called Amazon and they said not to expect to get the custom binder back so I purchased another binder, then thankfully Amazon sent the original binder back to me- free of charge. I had to again pay 23.00 for shipping the same binder and went by the UPS store to explain the situation and mail the binder for the 2nd time. Before I could do that I received an invoice for 87.67 for the difference in shipping for the wrong item. I explained this and conveniently the manager wasn't there but I was promised a phone call back.
I received a phone call as promised but was unable to take the call. I had another shipment to make so I went this afternoon. Again, no manager but the same employee that I spoke with prior to this came out and told me that it was my fault- that the person that dropped the packages off put the labels on them and they had video. I explained that there is a huge difference between 4lbs and 20 plus lbs and said it was their job to check that type of thing. I would have gladly paid for the labels to be printed again because this was very clearly a huge mistake. He said that they wouldn't do anything because it was on me but the manager would be back in 10 mins if I wanted to wait. I clearly did not. I did let them know that I will never be back in that store again and I am beyond disappointed that they aren't holding their employees accountable.
Aaron Scott- please understand that I will be disputing the added shipping, complaining to corporate and likely calling anyone else I possibly can to complain. DO BETTER BUSINESS- TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHECKING THEIR OWN WORK.

I typically ship things through this store a couple of times a month. Today I had an Amazon return I attempted to drop off and the person at the counter told me that I’d have to pay $2 for a less than 12” strip of box tape because the original Amazon box wasn’t sealed.
I understand the desire to control expenses, but a 165 foot roll of box tape costs $1.98 at Walmart. Demanding that much for a single length of tape seems ridiculous. The disappointing experience has cost this location my business.

It was convenient to have parking spaces reserved directly in front of the shop. It was well staffed. The staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly greeted me and processed my package.
