Every time I have used the UPS services at this location, I've been satisfied with the service and help that I received. The employees have always been super friendly. One time I couldn't get my debit card work and one of the gals was kind enough toand one of the gals was nice enough to pay for my shipping label. A song by and had to reimburse her the next time I was close by. She didn't have to do that. That was very kind of her. Very cool and thank you!

The staff for the most part is okay except the white haired woman. My old boss drives packages all the way to the north side to avoid her. I seem to have forgot and went in today. She just has no common courtesy. Go to usps or fedex!!!

I walked in. I scanned the label of my box that I had labeled at home. I dropped it in a bin. Received a receipt for it. And walked out the door. All of that took less than 3 minutes. It was exactly what I needed to do, no line to do it, fast and efficient!
