  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. My vegetarian sub fell apart the moment I opened it, and when I politely came back, both the employee and manager flat-out refused to help. No apology, no effort, just,“It is what it is.” Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability was unacceptable. I won’t be back.

  Id give 0 stars if i could. Ordered delivery and my order never came. Tried to call subway and i just got cursed out and hung up on. I can't even get a live representative from customer service. Looks like Ill never eat at subway again
