    The food was good but I had to wait over an hour for them to stop only doing online orders and actually care that someone was standing there. Super rude service. They asked if I had been helped after 20 minutes and when I said not yet they said "well you're going to have to wait awhile". Either staff it better or stop only doing online over people waiting. It should go back and forth.

    Really sad that you have to use coupons because Subway is decided to raise prices so much really affects the quality of the food

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The store did not look clean when I walked in — the counters looked messy, the prep area seemed poorly maintained, and overall it just didn’t feel sanitary. What really bothered me was the lettuce on the sandwich line. It looked discolored and honestly like it might have had mold on it. I pointed it out because it didn’t look safe to eat. That completely killed my appetite and made me question how well the food is being stored and checked. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for a restaurant, especially one serving fresh ingredients. I ended up not finishing my food because I just didn’t feel comfortable. Definitely not the standard I expect, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

    Food good but pricing was excessive. Ordered foot long chicken bacon ranch, half rotisserie & half normal. Up charge on rotisserie, and they charged for bacon. Ended up being $16.41 with 3 cookies. Sandwich name implies bacon is included not extra.
