  Andy and his team are so friendly and helpful! We had a large group of teens traveling from Springfield across the state and they accommodated all our needs with such care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

  We went in with a 9.99 footlong meal coupon. It ended up costing 18.24. Charged us 2.50 for a tiny sprinkle of bacon. Then charged us a 1.89 for chips and 2.49 for a drink. It says it comes with chips and a drink. He said he had to upcharge us for the bottle. Which we put back. It was .75 extra. We ended up not taking the drink and they charged us anyway. It would of been cheaper to not use the coupon. Plus he smelled so bad and the kid had no clue how to run a register. I've been using coupons for ever at subway. .75 cents extra because of the bottle?? Does that mean I can take it back?? Nope!! I'm just curious if anyone else has taken a 9.99 coupon in and had to pay 18.24? I guess if you had chips and a drink they are going to charge you. Does not say that ontje coupon. Total scam!! Worst service ever!! I bet I've used that place 100 times since they have been there. Not ever again. Please let me know if this happens to you. They are screwing us. I should have went across the street to Firehouse subs!! Better food and cheaper price. I never complain. But this was ridiculous!!!!
