  This place is better than any Subway in the Springfield and Ozark area. The staff here are very pleasant. The atmosphere is delightful; they always greet you with a smile and treat you with politeness and courtesy. They never look down on you—even if you come in using a coupon—and they remain consistently polite, friendly, and good-natured, regardless of whether or not you leave a tip.

  It might be strange to review a Subway but this is mostly a review of Nathan! He is so kind and joyful, and his positive energy made the whole visit better. He went out of his way to smile, talk to, and engage with our 10-month-old daughter, and was also incredibly patient and attentive with my wife’s very specific, masterfully detailed order…..the kind that deserves its own blueprint 😅 Also a clean location and the sandwiches were put together very well!
