  She lied about not taking coupons. The other store informed me that that store has to as they’re part of the group that sends the coupons out. They’re just lazy employees.

  My order was expected at a certain time, but I arrived early and waited patiently. Shannon saw my order and started working on it immediately after clearing a rather long line. Her team was super busy, but still managed to clear a busy dining area and have my meal ready shortly before I was expected to show up! The best part was that it was made exactly as I had asked. Thanks Indy Subway!

  I love coming to this subway! The girls are always so friendly and inviting and make my sandwich just how I want ♥️ I’ve been in line when there are some rude customers ahead of me complaining about something out of the employee’s control and the they always handle it great and are nothing but respectful when dealing with the issue. Shame they don’t take coupons, but I’ll continue to go back for the service.
