  Love this store. Everyone was super helpful especially Jennifer and Hugh. I needed to get a poster printed quickly and they pulled through.

  Went in to mail 2 packages, walked up to counter to be serviced by an older lady who definitely should not be working in ANY customer service field. She was inconveniced I interrupted her and another employees conversation. She asked for the mailing address, I went to show her the address on my phone and she snapped at me to just read it, I said ok and did just that. She immediately started rambling prices and dates at me, I asked her to repeat some of the information and she scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and said I just told you the prices as she took a deep breath. At that point my patience ran out, i picked up my packages and kindly said ill take them somewhere else since she obviously is frustrated with me. I ship package every week and will NOT every use this location again.

  They made mailing out something important so easy! the gentleman did not make me feel silly for asking so many questions and not knowing how anything worked . very professional staff and clean environment

  I can count on one hand the times I've stepped foot inside a FedEx shipping store in my life. So maybe the customer service agent shouldn't assume I live there or study how they function. If she's upset that she's working on a holiday weekend, she should remember that she at least has a job. Also, please take note of the cane I'm walking with when you hurry me along. Thanks, Ms. Being-paid-to-help-not-berate!
