My family and I came into this location with a few questions about our line and needed to purchase a new phone. Zachary went above and beyond with recommendations and assisting us in the most friendly customer service way possible. He made sure to get us all set, assuring we were getting promotions, and explained everything thoroughly. He made our experience a thousand times better and no regrets being a Cricket customer! Thank you Zachary, for your knowledge and support.

Angel was so helpful with my upgrade! She made sure I got the phone I wanted and had it ready for me when I came into the store along with everything I needed for the new phone. She was able to help me, and help multiple other customers all at the same time with exceptional customer service.

I had a very good experience at Cricket Wireless located at 1538 S. Glenstone . When I went into the store the Sales Advocate Keishla Lopez greeted me. I shared what type of phone I needed, explained my budget and she immediately had the solution to my problem in needing an affordable Android Phone. Keishla answered my questions and took care of needs inexpensively. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had me set up with a reliable phone. I would recommended Keishla Lopez and this Cricket Wireless store to you. Especially if you are tired of dealing with stores where all they do is sell you the phone and wish you luck. This store is 5 Star.
