  I am grateful for Zachary! He helped me while struggling with port over issues I was having with Consumer Cellular. I am back with Cricket! I am anxiously waiting for my iPhone 16e. I have been an android user for years so this will be a challenge, I'm sure. Looking forward to watching HBO, which is included in my plan.
