  My experience Has been a horrible experience with this company. Free upgrades are not free, phones over priced for low grade phones and out of date equipment. All accessories are over priced. People in stores are nice some know they're job. The company it's self is overly expensive for absolutely no reason. I suggest you pay the extra to begin a plan with any other company if you want value for your money .

  The employees here are awesome very helpful and willing to problem solve and answer your questions about your phone. Best service provider runs on AT&T towers. Awesome customer service.
