When we checked the lady at the front desk seemed unhappy and non friendly. The room was dirty toilets not cleaned the sink wouldnt drain the front outlets didnt work and my daughter woke up with BITE MARKS!!! Not worth it dont go here.

This was the perfect stay for a short getaway! I was pleasantly surprised by BW Coach House. I had my nieces with me and the pool was perfect for us. It has a depth of 5 feet which is perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play. I was also surprised by how quiet the hotel was since it was located near the interstate and on a major road through the city. We could see the traffic, but had a peaceful stay. The rooms were clean and supplied well to meet our needs. Parking was good, too! If you like being able to park in front of your door, this is the place for you!

Très déçu par la propreté. Poussière sur la télé 📺 derrière les meubles. Le nécessaire pour le café sale. Débris de sucre dans le plateau , les enveloppes des couverts avec des résidus collants de miel .
La literie qui forme un V .
Un bruit de machine qui a ronronné toute la nuit.

Talk about dissapointing and gross! Had 2 nights booked here due to its close proximity to a work event but we had to find different accomodations after just a single night. Beds had so many miscelanious stains on the sheets and pillows, lights would randomly flicker nonstop, outlets only worked at certain angles, and Bugs. I understand an ant here or there, but when they swarm on tables and the bathroom I just can't feel confortable leaving anything out. Not to mention the light in the bathroom had an entire colony of Something more than likely dead stuck inside staring at you anytime you went in there. Whatever you do, don't put any pressure on the sink at all, it felt like it was one wrong move away from falling right off the wall. Soundproofing is also at a bare minimum, if someone decided to sneeze two rooms over you Will hear every detail of it.
The most frustrating part is that even though we didn't stay the second night, we were still charged for that night. When asked about any kind of discount, we were told to email the manager but lo and behold there isn't any manager email listed anywhere I can find.
If you get room 124, good luck. You will need it.
It was a really nice hotel and I was very pleased with the employees there. I only had one issue I found a mouse in the room. I told the front desk and they asked if I wanted to switch rooms, but since I was about to leave anyway, I said no. Maintenance came and brought a mouse trap. 🪤 Hopefully they can get the issue fixed soon.
One recommendation I have is using lavender oil products, like lavender-scented Febreze plug-ins, and having employees swap them out once a week. It can help keep mice and other pests away since they don’t like strong scents like that. Just a recommendation.
