  I have been a long time customer at this location. Customer service had always been exquisite under previous ownership. I went out of my way to support this local business anytime I needed to print or ship something. Recently under new ownership, I paid $100 to have children’s clothing overnighted to me while traveling. The package did not make it. When I called corporate, they informed me that someone at the Sikeston location marked the package as having hazardous materials inside causing the packaging to be mislabeled and then unable to ship on time. Corporate also told me to reach out to the Sikeston store for help. I called the store the next day and they were absolutely no help. They told me that corporate was wrong, the issue was not their fault and there was nothing they could do even though they took my money not even 24 hours before. The gentlemen who I believe is the store manager told me he was unable to give me a refund and that this was not his problem. Not only am I out $100 for the overnight shipping that didn’t ship, I am also out the cost of the children’s clothing since where I shipped them to I am no longer at and unable to return the merchandise. I am so disappointed by the lack of customer service and how the gentleman was determined to prove to me this was not his problem. They have lost my business for life.

  I absolutely love the customer service at this store. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. They make you feel like you and your business matters. I would like to give a huge thank you to Casey and Kate. You all definitely deserve recognition and a raise. Alicia Andrews
