  cancels online orders when they feel like it, they’ll only tell you when you arrive to pick it up

  The man who was making the food around 1:30pm today, Nov 11 2022, was very rude and acted like he didn't care. I walked away without ordering anything because no meal is worth terrible customer service like that

  Tried to scam me.... Went in to pickup my order, and the worker tried to tell me I only bought 2 sodas, and tried to show me the receipt to say the first one was a sprite, and the second was a coke, since there was a 1 by the sprite and a 2 by the coke. I bought 2 cokes, and one sprite. I work in food service. I know that when there’s a 2 by something, 2 of the times were purchased. When I told her she was wrong, and I was going to pull up my online receipt to show that 2 of my sandwiches were combos, each with cokes, and the last sandwich combo had a sprite, she apologized, and said she was wrong. Caught her! She said I was right. She argued with me up until that point when I said I was going to pull up the receipt. I work in food service and would never do that to a customer, there is no excuse to try and scam someone because you don’t want to lose the inventory. Looking back at the receipt, there was 3 total sodas, not the 2 she claimed. I just cannot imagine doing that to a customer.
