He encouraged me to tell him if I wanted more or less of any ingredient and we talked about vegetarianism. He even came around and checked on me while he was wiping tables. I wish I'd caught his name, but I wanted to say I had a lovely Subway experience thanks to him, and he is an asset to the store.
