  Had an online order and ordered extra veggies on my sub, they barely gave me any. I went in with my mother so she could place an order for my little brother and the people were extremely disrespectful. My mom ordered a BLT and they told her they were out of lettuce, so she added black olives to the sandwich instead and they gave her literally 4 slices of black olives on the sandwich. When she asked for extra olives the man told her they couldn’t do that. Then the manager said to go ahead and give her 3 more slices of olives, like come on bro, 3 slices? That’s literally the equivalent to one single olive. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Perfect sandwich. I got the spicy pepperoni deli favs. The bread was nicely light toasted. The service was awesome. The way they make the sandwich is super good. They added just the right amount of sauce and veggies. They were super friendly. I live in Joplin but may start doing spark work down here just to come back here and get more sandwiches . Natalie and Caleb were super awesome.

  We had a frustrating experience at Subway recently. My husband arrived at 8:20 PM, 10 minutes before their posted 8:30 closing time, and the staff made it very clear they were unhappy about it. He felt so uncomfortable that he only ordered two out of the three sandwiches we needed. On top of that, we had tried placing an online order beforehand, but the system wouldn’t allow it and said they were already closed at 8:15. It’s disappointing when posted hours don’t match the actual experience, and customers feel rushed or unwelcome even when arriving before closing.

  This Subway has improved quite a bit over the years. I quit coming here about 5ish years ago because it got to be nasty. The help is extremely friendly. The young gentleman in there, Hayden is extremely friendly and looks really hot in jeans and has a cute little butt.
