  The service at this specific location is sometimes a hit or miss. For example, sometimes some of the employees seem to really not want to be there. However, I can't say I blame them for being in a bad mood at times, as there’s probably all sorts of rude people that visit here. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, I called recently to ask about purchasing a single stamp. They said they had them, so I made a special trip here to get one. It turns out, flag stamps are the only stamps they sell individually…it would have been nice to have been told that on the phone. 🤔 Personally, I love anything and everything to do with the mail, so I like visiting here from time to time regardless.

  I'm there at the minimum of 2 times a week. They are always so helpful! They stay patient, kind, and helpful. I'm not sure if its the manager but there's one lady who steps out and helps people in line to help make things easier! Love this place!

  The staff is amazing and very helpful. They are quick to help make sure to help you solve the problems you face to make sure to send your package off.

  Unfortunately I won’t be using this location anymore… in MARCH, I sent off a $3k check to a realtor. Initially had zero issues customer service was smooth and I was in and out… the check never made it, we had to cancel it since it was “lost in transit” and I was refunded approx $30 for the cost of canceling the check… come to find out today (June) when my realtor called me… that the label was actually put on the wrong package and they sent out the wrong item… they put MY label on a box of adhesive glue and someone else’s on my check envelope package… it’s negligent and irresponsible to not label things as they are received or to even not be paying attention as things happen… our packages could have been anything and now my $3k check with my fiancés banking information is floating somewhere in the US.
