  I'm there at the minimum of 2 times a week. They are always so helpful! They stay patient, kind, and helpful. I'm not sure if its the manager but there's one lady who steps out and helps people in line to help make things easier! Love this place!

  The staff is amazing and very helpful. They are quick to help make sure to help you solve the problems you face to make sure to send your package off.

  Unfortunately I won’t be using this location anymore… in MARCH, I sent off a $3k check to a realtor. Initially had zero issues customer service was smooth and I was in and out… the check never made it, we had to cancel it since it was “lost in transit” and I was refunded approx $30 for the cost of canceling the check… come to find out today (June) when my realtor called me… that the label was actually put on the wrong package and they sent out the wrong item… they put MY label on a box of adhesive glue and someone else’s on my check envelope package… it’s negligent and irresponsible to not label things as they are received or to even not be paying attention as things happen… our packages could have been anything and now my $3k check with my fiancés banking information is floating somewhere in the US.

  Emma was such a HUGE HELP today! I wasn't sure what the self service machine had going on but Emma made it a breeze. Which was very helpful, because I was having a bit of anxiety THANK YOU EMMA!
