  Emma was such a HUGE HELP today! I wasn't sure what the self service machine had going on but Emma made it a breeze. Which was very helpful, because I was having a bit of anxiety THANK YOU EMMA!

  Paid over $250 to get guaranteed delivery by a certain date. They failed to deliver it, were over a week late and ended up sending it back. Been emailing them for months now, and they are refusing to refund the shipping costs. Update: They finally issued a check 4 months later, but had an attitude as if they are doing us a huge favor.

  It's hit or miss when it comes to customer service at this store. I can't say I blame the employees here for being in a bad mood sometimes. There's probably all sorts of rude people that visit here, demanding certain things from the workers. I'm sure they try their best. Personally, I love anything and everything to do with the mail, so I like visiting here from time to time regardless.
