  Your diver that came to Marshall has been reported for trying to start a fight with me over a package that was delivered to my address that wasn’t even mine, absolutely ridiculous

  Purchased a $500 pool online. When it was delivered, the lazy driver just unloaded the very large, heavy boxes in my driveway BEHIND both of my vehicles, then just left. Didn't get a knock on the door or anything. If we weren't home, these packages would've been sitting outside in our driveway all day. This is completely unacceptable. I understand driver's have time lines on their deliveries but this driver went above and beyond to be extra lazy. When I went to talk to someone at the shipment center, the lady was also extremely rude and condescending as if she can't quite possibly understand why I would be complaining. FexEx you need to do better. This is absolutely terrible

  I walked in the lady is on a phone call somewhere in the back I can hear her. I wait patiently for about five minutes. Then say "hello" nothing. I looked up the wall and see the managers name it's a interesting long name. I decide to wait patiently for another 5 to 7 minutes. Finally she's done with her phone call. And very rudely asked me what do I need. She grabs my packet very aggressively. So I lie and say I forgot something I'll be back. I don't even know why I bother going across town to deal with this kind of customer service. There are other three local shipping services I could've used. That are way closer to my house.
