  I tried to unlock the phone and it wouldn’t let me. I couldn’t get a live person then chat told me I would have to go to the store. So had to travel 30 miles for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. They didn’t even try. I have a paid off Iphone so should be able to get it unlocked somehow. This is exactly why I changed to T-Mobile a couple years ago. No customer service worth squat!

  Never answer the phone because they are always short staffed and customer service is not good at all. Tone and how you speak to people goes a long way.
