  I ordered a sandwich, a sweet onion chicken teriyaki 12". As a former subway employee from a different state. I am trying to figure out who trained this young guy how to build a sandwich.... We entered with one customer ahead of us at about 9:30pm. We ordered our sandwich and I watched him build it, well the picture can explain for me. He was not very good at customer service. No "Hi welcome in!" Or any greeting whatsoever. He was soft spoken... barely said goodbye. In the picture I show what they advertise for the sandwich vs. what I paid $14 for. Not worth the price, there portions of meat have really shrank... Not worth it.

  Absolutely unacceptable. To be told they are not doing walk In orders because they have too many online orders!! Wanted a 6” meatball… oh well, that was your last chance to redeem yourselves.

  The staff is exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable what they have for food . That was impressed with the fact that the service was fast enough to get me on my way . And although I haven't visited a Subway in a long time I feel that this was a great visit because I was able to get something new I never tried
