I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by the experience I had at the Wingstop on Lindell. It was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The light-skinned woman who appeared to be the manager was incredibly unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic manners and respect. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and absolutely no sense that she cared about the customers standing in front of her.
As someone who has spent years in leadership, I understand that every business has busy days, but being busy is never an excuse to treat people poorly. Professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be the standard—not the exception. The way customers were spoken to and the overall atmosphere reflected a serious lack of leadership and accountability.
I walked away feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. No customer should have to experience that when they’re simply trying to order food. I truly hope Wingstop’s corporate leadership addresses the culture at this location because it is damaging the brand. Until major improvements are made, I cannot recommend the Wingstop on Lindell to anyone.
