  You may want to reconsider before buying any kind of insurance policy from this agency. They messed up my homeowner's policy and turned around and blamed the postal service for it. They did not handle the policy switch-over with my mortgage company properly, and as a result, I am facing a gap in my insurance coverage. Furthermore, their agent was quite rude on the phone. Their company motto must be to deny, deny, and deny any responsibility for the mishap.

  Ive been a customer for years but lately every year they have an excuse to raise premiums. No notice of the increase and don’t seem to care when you try to talk to them about it. Its already frustrating buying insurance and these guys don't make it any easier…Id go with someone else.

  No communication. My rates were raised 25% with no warning. I don't count the same email that I get in a weekly basis for no reason. So no I dont look at them. Called and nobody returned my call. So fast forward 3months. It goes up again 15%. No warning again I called no explanation of why it happened again. Nobody knows why or cam answer. I canceled and then they can't explain why I don't get my unused portion of my policy back. Terrible service never available

  Nobody even said sorry. This company is 100% security theater. Have been a customer for nearly 10 years and I made my first over-deductable claim which has been handled extremely poorly. I tried calling just now (1pm on Wed) and nobody answered the phone. UPDATE: They are making strides to make things right. Will update after final results. UPDATE 2: Everyone pulled up after my social media barking. I'm not sure I would have gotten the same response without it, but I'm glad I did. Once Tracie took the time to understand my questions and concerns they were all resolved in a reasonable time frame. My claim was resolved and I'm happy with the result.

  As the owners of Magical Moment AllState and Tracy Bibb was the only firm that offered a complete package for our photographer's agency. We are in our fourth year and they have been with us all the way. I call to talk to Tracy and I get Tracy no run around no well maybe I can help you.
