  NO I AM NOT HAPPY, AND THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS. YOU DO NOT KEEP UP DATED ON WHO IS WITH YOU, WHO HAS CANCLED. DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER I PAID YOU 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR OVER 60 YEARS. NOT ANY MORE

  I used this agency once, 9 years ago, while living in St Louis for a year. 8 years ago, I moved and changed providers, and it has been 8 years of them continuously reaching out to me and calling/emailing trying to get me to return. I have told them every year, I don’t live here and I have no intention of returning - they always claim they are going to take me off the call list, a couple months pass, and they call again! I don’t even own a car anymore, PLEASE stop calling me!
