Sherry is a rockstar. Everyone else was a nightmare. I read out the address to the teenager entering my shipping label for me and he still screwed up the address and sent it to EAST st address not WEST. Now I have to try and call UPS and get it sorted. I READ the address to him as he typed in the label and he still sent it to the wrong address.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I shipped a large framed item and it was packed better than I could have ever expected. It took me about 20 minutes to get it unwrapped from all the packing material. Very impressive.
