  Sherry Kamp is an absolute lifesaver! My son is touring in the US with his band (SELIAS). He accidentally left his phone behind at the music venue down the street. The venue was kind enough to drop it off here, and Sherry stepped in to coordinate shipping it to their next tour stop in Fargo, ND on a tight deadline. When a routing error occurred, Sherri went completely above and beyond. She tracked the package outside of her regular work hours, called me with updates and checked the tracking the moment she arrived at work the next morning. She even contacted the Fargo store ahead of time and asked them to call me the moment it arrived. Shipping mistakes happen, but Sherri‘s incredible professionalism and compassion, turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for trustworthy, exceptional customer service!

  We were returning our box and the amazon shipping label made us return two boxes with one shipping label and the old Indian man kept yelling at us to create two labels and when asked for help he said figure it out. Then when we asked for help, the younger lady and older Indian lady helped us. He also made fun of our tape and barely wanted to help us. At the end made us bring the boxes to the back. I felt like he could have been more friendly and helpful for someone that didn't know what they needed. The other two works were amazing.

  UPS handles all Amazon items, and now Spectrum returns. Convenient location, easy in and out.

  I wish I could do zero stars, but I can't because that isn't an option. One of the workers berated an old couple for returning spectrum equipment because they were switching to fiber. The old couple mentioned their whole neighborhood is switching to fiber internet, and the spectrum worker had the audacity to say "if your neighbors were jumping off a cliff, would you jump off too?" How absolutely mean and unnecessary to say. I am so appalled and aghast at this behavior and terrible customer service. The worker who said this needs to be looked into and addressed. He had long hair in a ponytail and a beard, I don't remember his name. I hope I never have to come to this horrible store ever again.
