    I arrived at this UPS store at 6:52 pm. Upon entering there were two sales representative assisting two customers in front of me. I was called to the left side by an African American female with French tips nails (white). Upon entering she instructed me to come to her service desk. I was trying to pull up my ups label from my email, she immediately began to tap her fingernails on the desk. When I finally got the ups label pulled she informed me that it has to be mailed to the email listed on the desk and left to help the next customer. That lady also had a problem with her label, by this point I was working on the email to this ups store. She was impatient so that customer asked her to assist the next customer. This customer had her package and was asking her questions about sending her package off. Not only was she attentive to this customer she began to measure the package and even began to type this customers name into the register. A male finally came to the register and I informed him That I had emailed the label to the store and I was waiting on printing. I hate I did not catch his name and the lady’s but he tried to assist me. When the sales representative Jay completed the customer he was with he immediately called me to his desk. I left the desk I was at and went to him. I instructed him that I was trying to print my label and was instructed it was a fee. Not only did Jay and the other male who assisted me with printing the label. They did not rush, I will be calling about my experience. I truly feel that the lady with the white French tips needs to be trained on how to give better customer service. I will make sure to not visit this location again in the near future. Thank you Jay for your assistance.
