Very rude big guy at this location today. He didn't great me at all sat in a corner not even at counter where employees usually are at. It seem like he was on something because I ask to add a line on my plan he said no offer at all. He even told me to go to different company. Very odd and strange that someone working at store would recommend this. I ask him for the manager lady Marina that is very nice and helpful at all times. He said she can't help you she don't work for the company. Super bad experience with this gentleman. I think he said his name was Latrell very big heavy guy that was not helpful at all. We will try a different store to get our phone.

These are the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I left after I watched the employees here treat an Amazon driver horribly and harassed him, following him to his van and it appeared a woman that worked there tried to get in. This was horrific to see and I won’t do business there. Scary stuff.

Marina is top notch when it comes to dealing with customers. The store was very busy and she took care of all of us and was very polite and respectful. The other employees that were in store did not help her out even after she ask for their help. I can say is more power to that positive lady. Very impressive how calmly she was even after crew ignoring her. 👏 She demonstrated great leadership skills. Very rare to see in these times. Keep that positive energy Marina.
