  Stopped by the Scott location to get a quart of oil as instructed by my mechanic. Serge checked to see if I even needed the oil because his manager said putting too much oil in when not needed could damage the engine. Turns out, I didn’t need the oil but I did find out my camshaft sensor needed replacing which was causing my engine light to come on. Serge assured me the engine wouldn’t fail and it was still safe to drive the car until I could get the sensor replaced in a couple of days. I very much appreciated the full team at this location. Everyone was kind, professional and empathetic to my needs. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything car related. So helpful and set my mind at ease. Much appreciated!

  So this particular store in the heart of St Louis could do a Ton btr. Went into the Store to get parts for a Diesel truck. They tried selling me me Green Antifreeze, then Concentrated Antifreeze. The staff wasn’t knowledgable untill I explained. Other person whom is Manager, was so busy doing paperwork, that he couldn’t be bothered till I asked the guy if he knew what he was doing. Then the Manager attempted to help. I was literally mortified, that they didn’t have the parts, then after others got involved, they all FINALLY FOUND Parts. I get times are rough, but when u run a business that does business in this way FIX IT!!! Make people want to come your store to do more business!!!! It ain’t Rocket Science
