  Came into empty store with to workers. One of them doing nothing put holding the counter down. His name was Joshua P. The other worker she was hard at stocking parts. Started looking for a product I had never gotten before after checking the store's web page and they said they had it. After searching and not finding it, I decided to see if Joshua would help me. Nope he continued, holding the counter down and said "if they had it would be on the wall somewhere." After searching for a few more minutes, I decided to bother the worker that was working. She said she would look in the back (behind where Josh was standing not moving, but watching me the whole time). She went back there and came back in 30 secondswith it in hand. If not for her excellent customer service, I would be giving this place zero stars.

  Want to thank Cadyn for being one of the most pleasant & helpful employee that I have dealt with ! He went out of his way to help me & solve our problem! He deserves a raise , or promotion! Glad to know there is still, kind , polite, helpful , courteous people ! Tyvm !
