  Staff is incompetent and doesn’t know the difference between an LED and a Halogen headlight or the difference between high and low for headlights as well. This is a location specific issue because the other location on the belt has never given me issues.

  The staff was great! The young man who helped me out was thorough and well trained. Even the employee behind the counter who wasn't part of the transaction was helpful.

  Came into empty store with to workers. One of them doing nothing put holding the counter down. His name was Joshua P. The other worker she was hard at stocking parts. Started looking for a product I had never gotten before after checking the store's web page and they said they had it. After searching and not finding it, I decided to see if Joshua would help me. Nope he continued, holding the counter down and said "if they had it would be on the wall somewhere." After searching for a few more minutes, I decided to bother the worker that was working. She said she would look in the back (behind where Josh was standing not moving, but watching me the whole time). She went back there and came back in 30 secondswith it in hand. If not for her excellent customer service, I would be giving this place zero stars.
