    Showed up with an Amazon return. The guy looked at it very tiredly and said he couldn't help due to how it was packed. I said I could push the cushions down, I just need it taped. He said no, it has to be customer packed "which means we can't touch it". The return label said no box needed, so I figured with them in the original box I was really going above and beyond and just needed some tape. The guy just didn't want to do his job.

    I frequent this UPS store often. The staff is unbelievably helpful. Especially Dustin who is so friendly and goes out of his way. Parking & store hours are so convenient. I highly recommend this location
