  Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order online for 8:15, when I arrived at 8:10 all the doors were locked and no one was to be found. Checked the app again and my order showed that it was for the next day, while the receipt shows the correct date. While I was in the parking lot (filling out the online help form) I saw the girl that worked there (guess she had been in the back) walk out and leave?

  If I could give negative stars I would. This is the third time I’ve gotten food from them. They lock their doors an hour before close! And then proceed to mess up my entire sandwich and then ignore the phone. I’ve called 5 times!! Out of the 22 years of living in Rolla and going here this is the worst I’ve seen this store!! I’m highly disappointed and horribly upset!!

  Ordered online. Asked extra lettuce and onions even put in the special direction to go heavy. I got barely a pinch of both. Folks can't read it guess. Never again

  Isn’t one of Subways main selling points that you can customize as your food is made in front of you? Impossible to do that when they lock their doors 30 mins before close. Just went to McDonalds instead….congrats on herding me into a drive thru 😝
