  I can't believe that Best Western has their name on this hotel. I say at Best Western all of the time and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was rude and very curt. I walked in and she said, "reservation"? I confirmed and gave her my name she said, "no pets, no smoking!" very rude and unpersonable. The room was recently renovated and was still terrible. Stains on the ceiling, old lamps that the outlets did not work on. You could not plug in your computer at the desk. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. The linens were stained, old, and worn out. It is obvious that they did not use bleach when washing them. The mattress was old and extremely hard.

  Never again will I book this hotel. No functional smoke detector in the room. It has been removed. Wires were exposed. Husband who’s in a power chair went to the office and couldn’t get in easily. Employee sat and watched him struggle. Husband asked about ADA Compliance and was told no. The building was built in the 70s. He did however show my husband a ramp to leave from. He did have to then go outside and all the way around the building to get back to our room. Dogs didn’t have easy area to go potty. A small strip next to wooded area. Had to walk around the building to find a decent area of grass. Bed linens were balled up and minimal. Bed was absolutely NOT comfortable. Rock hard. Little sleep. Being that you are a hospitality industry….DO BETTER!!!

  Relatively recent updates done without attention to detail rob owners and guests of the expected value for the cost. Breakfast was bland, tv failed after one night, coffee maker was malfunctioning and its water chamber gross.

  Very clean room with adequate room, right next to the ice. The service was also very friendly, and the motel is off to the back away from the main roads. Motels where you can park just outside your room are getting hard to find, which is better for seniors than walking down long halls! I would definitely stay there again.
