    I ordered online, and arrived after the window the app said it would be ready. Staff approached me twice to ask what order I was here for, and both times they told me it wasn’t ready yet. The third time, I went up to the counter myself to ask how long it would be, and this person actually checked the shelf and found that one of the bags sitting there was mine.

    Worst customer service i have ever experienced called me out of my name after u asked to be shown how to cancel an online order I placed at the wrong store by accident! Tried calling back 12 times they never picked up the phone! They are thieves they stole .you money and wouldn't even let me get a refund! As a fellow business owner I truly do not understand how they are able to keep their doors open ripping people off calling customers names and laughing about it while on the phone! If i could give negative stars I would!

    Waited in line as the employees looked at us. As the lady came to take our order she rolled her eyes at another employee and then again as we made eye contact she gestured to us to give our order throwing her hands out shrugging her shoulders and piercing her lips at us. This has not been a pleasant interaction. Won't be back to this location.

    too fast, they messed up my order (10 pc bone in wings) and gave me boneless and by the time i read the receipt and saw the mistake they told me too bad and that it was done and couldn't be changed, i was willing to pay the difference but now im out $7.70 and have a bag of food i cant eat

    So I ordered food 05/11/2026 and this was my food. If my order was checked before it was brought to me I would have told them to get me a full refund. My son picked up the food for me. He ended up added cheese to the fries so he could eat them. I cannot have all that seasoning on my fries. This was horrible. I will not be back
