They were incredibly nice at this store. I was very frazzled over a package that had been reported as delivered to their facility. It had not yet been delivered there, but they understood it was imperative and came out with out of box solutions. They actually helped me find a dispatch centre and I was able to arrange a rare pick up due to item content.
While trying to figure out my situation, I observed the staff being friendly, efficient, cheerful, and genuinely taking pride in their work with several customers. It is rare to find a mail centre that is so dedicated to their job.
They also seem to have a great deal of knowledge about Amazon packages and return processes. I will use this centre again, even though I was there by accident.
I believe the managers name is Robin, and there was another girl with glasses and both were very, very amazing.

The team that works at the UPS store in Republic Mo. have always been so kind and helpful! I’ve never waited over a few minutes in line. I know when I go in and have questions they are so gracious to help.
This place handles my Amazon returns so quickly I'm out in minutes. I took one to Staples recently and it probably took 15 minutes. Won't ever do that again I'll always do my business here. They are quick and always friendly.

I’ve always had great experiences with your customer service in the past, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case recently. During my last visits, I interacted with an employee who was openly rude from the moment I walked in. I was told they were unable to print labels, and when I asked when the issue would be resolved, I was ignored and directed to “go down the street” to another business. I did exactly that and have been shipping elsewhere ever since.
I happened to stop in again while I was already in the parking lot, hoping for a better experience, but I encountered the same employee. I had two packages—one on the scale and one in my hand. She printed a label, then abruptly grabbed the box from my hand. When I explained that the label belonged to the other package, she threw the box onto the counter and snatched the other one. When I asked for her name, her attitude became even more condescending.
Based on these repeated interactions, I won’t be returning. As your own employee suggested, I’ll be taking all my shipping needs elsewhere.
